Assoċjazzjoni Wirt il-Kalkara (VO/1440) hereby invites interested and suitably qualified and warranted Economic Operators to submit quotations for the provision of professional conservation and restoration services for three historical oil paintings located in the nave of Saint Joseph Parish Church, Kalkara.
This procurement forms part of the project:
“Restoration of Three Historical Altar Paintings located in the Nave of Saint Joseph Parish Church, Kalkara”
co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) under the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan 2023–2027 through GAL Xlokk Foundation.
Scope of the Contract
The successful Economic Operator shall undertake the conservation and restoration of the following paintings:
- Our Lady of Sorrows
- Saint Francis of Assisi
- Saint Vincent Ferrer
The services include all labour, specialist materials, transport, documentation and any ancillary works necessary for the professional conservation and restoration of the artworks in accordance with the Technical Specifications contained in the Call for Quotations.
Contract Duration
Twelve (12) months from contract signing.
Award Criterion
The contract shall be awarded to the lowest-priced quotation that is administratively and technically compliant with the requirements of the Call for Quotations.

Submission of Quotations

Late submissions will not be considered.
For further information or clarification, Economic Operators may submit their requests in writing within the timeframes established in the Procurement Dossier.
