Project Title: Restoration of four historical altar paintings located in the nave of the Kalkara Parish Church

1.0 General Background
Assoċjazzjoni Wirt il-Kalkara is requesting a quotation for the restoration and conservation of the below painting including its frame gilding, located inside the Kalkara Parish Church:
- Saint Vincent Ferrer by an unknown artist, commissioned in 1896
The interested bidder/s can request an appointment for a visit and a review of the four paintings located inside the Parish Church of Kalkara.
The cost of the relevant procurement will be co-financed by European Union funds under LEADER CAP – SP 2023-2027.
The selection of the successful bidder will take place in line with the funding programme requirements and the cheapest technically compliant will be awarded the bid.
2.0 Submission and Contact Details
Interested warranted restorers are to send an email as per contact details hereunder.
Quotations signed and scanned, and including details of service, VAT number and 6 month validity are to be submitted electronically to info@wirtilkalkara.com including above reference of RFQ attention Mr. Etienne Camilleri by not later than Monday 30th May 2026 at EOB.
All prices must quote VAT separately and in full, which must not be added to the price or shown as a percentage. An invoice will be required after the delivery of the items for payment to be affected.
